■ Account Data Deletion Criteria
- Accounts that meet both of the following criteria:
1. Accounts with no payment history
2. Accounts with no record of logging in on or after February 24, 2024
■ Important Notes
- Accounts with a payment history will be excluded from deletion.
- Accounts that log in to the game before the scheduled deletion date will be excluded from deletion.
- Deleted account data cannot be recovered.
- Citizens who wish to keep their accounts should log in to the game before the account data deletion takes place.
We will continue working to provide all Citizens with a stable gaming environment.
