- Rewards will be sent to your in-game Inbox. Please make sure to claim your Rewards before they expire. We may be unable to provide additional assistance for expired Rewards.
- Players who submitted incorrect information through the Google Form and could not be verified were not eligible to receive Rewards.
- Players whose SNS posts were not set to Public or who did not include all of the required hashtags correctly were not eligible to receive Rewards.
- Participation Rewards can only be claimed once per account.
- If you have not received your Reward, please contact Customer Support.
