■ How to Participate
1. Design a Costume based on the theme “Everyday Hero!”🦸✨
※ You may use any method, including traditional or digital art.
※ Your Username must be included in the submitted image. Images without a Username may be excluded from selection.
* The image below is provided as a reference example.
2. Please clearly include a detailed description of the Costume, the Item name for each part, and your PLAY TOGETHER character information in the design image.
※ Changing your Username during the judging and Reward distribution period may make it difficult to verify your participation or provide Rewards. We recommend changing it only after all Rewards have been distributed.
3. Fill out the Google Form, upload your completed design, and submit the form.
※ Image specifications: No size restrictions; maximum total file size of 10 MB

※ Your submission will only be completed after you provide the required consent in the Google Form regarding the collection and use of personal information, transfer and use of rights related to the submitted work, and the Contest terms and conditions.
※ Please participate using the dedicated submission form for your service region.
Citizens using PLAY TOGETHER in VNG service regions (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines) must participate through the VNG-exclusive submission form. Entries submitted through the Global submission form will not be transferred to the VNG Contest and will be excluded from judging in the Global Contest.
※ This Contest will be held separately in PLAY TOGETHER Global and VNG under the same theme. Submissions, judging, winner selection, and Reward distribution will be conducted separately for each Contest.
[Submission and Eligibility]
- You may submit multiple entries, but only one of your entries with the highest evaluation may be selected as a final winning entry.
- Entries that do not follow the designated format or are missing required information such as Username, Game information, or a description of the work may be excluded from judging.
- Entries may be excluded from judging if the submitted information does not match the actual Account Info or if the participant cannot be properly verified.
- Changing your Username before Reward distribution is completed may make it difficult to verify the winner or distribute Rewards.
- Accounts that have received restrictions for violating the Terms of Service or Management Policy may be excluded from judging or winning.
[Submission and Judging Criteria]
- ✨ Designs containing sensitive elements such as political, religious, or military messages, symbols representing specific countries or groups, or content that may cause social controversy may be excluded from judging.
- ✨ Designs that imitate or evoke famous heroes, existing characters, brands, logos, trademarks, real persons, or works created by third parties may be excluded from judging.
- Entries consisting only of uncolored sketches or designs where the shape and characteristics of the Costume cannot be clearly identified may be excluded from judging.
- Designs containing sexually suggestive, violent, hateful, or other content inconsistent with the Game’s Management Policy and service direction will be excluded from judging.
- Entries that plagiarize another person’s design or infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights will be excluded from judging.
- Entries in which all or any part of the design has been generated, modified, or retouched using generative AI will be excluded from judging.
- We may request the original file, work-in-progress materials, or documentation of the creation process to verify that the work was created directly by the entrant.
- If the requested materials are not provided or direct creation cannot be verified, the entry may be excluded from judging. If this is discovered after the entry has won, the award may be revoked.
- Item names written in the design may be changed if they do not comply with copyright requirements, the Game’s Management Policy, or the Game concept.
- To prevent plagiarism or unauthorized use of your work, we recommend not publicly sharing your entry before the results are announced.
[Awards, Production, and Rewards]
- Even after an entry has been selected as a winner, the award may be revoked if false information, eligibility violations, infringement of third-party rights, use of generative AI, or other violations are discovered. A runner-up entry may be selected if necessary.
- Winning the Contest and actual production of the design in the Game are separate matters. A winning entry may not be produced following internal review. Even if production is approved, the production and release schedule may change due to internal circumstances.
- Non-winning entries may also be reviewed separately and later produced as Costumes or other in-game content.
- If a submitted design is officially released as an in-game product, the designer will receive a free coupon.
- The free coupon will be sent to the email address submitted with the entry within 24 hours of the product’s release.
- Reward details, distribution dates, voting periods, and the results announcement date may change due to internal circumstances.
[Rights and Use of Submitted Works]
- By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that the submitted design is their own original creation and that they have the authority to submit the design and transfer the rights specified in these terms.
- All copyright-related economic rights to the submitted design, including the right to create derivative works, will be transferred to HAEGIN Co., Ltd. free of charge upon completion of the submission, regardless of whether the entry wins.
- The entrant agrees that the design, colors, shapes, names, composition, and other elements of the submitted design may be modified, adapted, or reworked during the process of implementing it as a Costume or other content in the Game.
- HAEGIN Co., Ltd. may use submitted designs throughout PLAY TOGETHER services, including the Global and VNG versions, without limitation as to territory or duration, for purposes including in-game implementation, modification and adaptation, paid or free commercialization, promotion, and service operation. HAEGIN Co., Ltd. may also allow designated service partners to use such designs to the extent necessary for these purposes.
- Submitted designs may be published through PLAY TOGETHER’s official communities, social media channels, and in-game content or otherwise used for promotional purposes.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern the operation of this Contest and the ownership and use of rights related to submitted entries.
