Greetings from Play Together!
Recently, we have confirmed feedback regarding inconvenience caused by the gathering and mining restrictions in the newly updated Travel Area.
This change was intended to limit the actions of certain accounts that were using the game abnormally.
However, we have confirmed that it has unintentionally caused inconvenience to Citizens who are playing normally, so we plan to make the following improvements.

1. Improvement of Gathering and Mining Standards in the Travel Area
To ensure Citizens can enjoy Travel areas more freely, a future update will adjust the system to allow a certain number of mining and gathering actions in Travel areas.
We sincerely apologize once again for the unexpected inconvenience, and detailed schedules will be provided in a future notice.
2. When the Passport Country Differs From the Actual Play Region
We have received inquiries asking why item acquisition through gathering or mining is possible even in regions different from the passport country.
Passport information is set when an account is created, while the play region may occasionally change due to relocation or travel in real life.
Therefore, while the two pieces of information generally match, they are not always identical. We kindly ask for your understanding to avoid any misunderstanding.
3. About the Abnormal Account Detection System
PLAY TOGETHER constantly works to provide a fair gameplay environment for all Citizens on Kaia Island.
As part of these efforts, we continue to enhance our automated abnormal-account detection system, monitor in-game activity, and improve game systems.
However, during the application or adjustment of the automated detection system, there may be rare cases in which the system mistakenly identifies normal play patterns as abnormal.
We repeatedly review and test the detection criteria to prevent any negative impact on normal Citizens,
but we sincerely apologize for any unexpected inconvenience that may have occurred.
We will continue to apply the criteria more carefully to minimize any impact on normal players.

If you encounter any inconvenience during gameplay, please feel free to contact Customer Support at any time.
We will continue doing our best to provide a cleaner and fairer Kaia Island environment.
Thank you.
