Nicknames (in-game names) of long-term inactive accounts are scheduled to be reset according to the schedule below.
This reset is being performed to allow more Citizens to use their desired nicknames (in-game names). Please note that the reset is happening for this purpose.

📌 Additional Notice Regarding Dormant Account Nickname (In-Game Name) Reset
■ Reset Date
- During the server maintenance on August 28, 2025 (Thu)
■ Accounts Affected by Nickname Reset
- Accounts with no login record since April 30, 2022
※ Nickname resets may be performed at a later date.
■ Nickname Reset Rules
- The affected nicknames will have !PT_ added to the beginning of the name.
Example: PLAY TOGETHER → !PT_PLAY TOGETHER
■ Compensation for Affected Accounts
- One free nickname change will be provided.
※ If you do not change your nickname, no additional changes will be provided.
※ You can change your nickname under [My Info] → [Edit Profile].
■ Notes
- If you log in to the game before the maintenance on August 28, 2025 (Thu), you will be excluded from the nickname (in-game name) reset.
- If your nickname is reset due to dormancy, nickname recovery will not be provided.
- The reset nicknames (in-game names) will be available for other Citizens to use after the server maintenance is completed.
- Only the nickname (in-game name) will be changed according to the reset rules; other information (Costume, Pet, House, etc.) will remain unchanged.
- If you changed your nickname (in-game name) using paid Gems, you will be excluded from the nickname reset.
- If the schedule for the dormant account nickname reset changes, we will update this notice accordingly.
