This section includes various forums, in-game features, networks, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, display, exhibit, or transmit content or materials to the Company and other users through the service.
All user content must comply with the following content standards. User posts must not be illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringe on privacy or intellectual property rights, or otherwise harm or provoke objections from third parties.
Additionally, they must not consist of or include software viruses, commercial advertisements, mass mailings, or any other form of ""spam."
User content posted by you is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and the Company is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such user content in any media worldwide.
However, the Company will only share the personal information you provide in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.
By submitting or making available user content, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content, that the content is accurate and does not contain fraudulent or misleading information, that the content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party (including intellectual property or other rights), and that it does not cause harm to any person or entity.
You understand that your user posts may be reproduced by other users of this service or discussed outside of this service and that if you do not have the right to submit user content for such use, you may be held liable.
The Company bears no responsibility or liability for content posted by you or any third party and assumes no obligation in relation thereto.
