This includes reclaiming improperly obtained rewards and suspending accounts. The same measures apply to accounts associated with abnormal gameplay.
Recently, we have taken actions against Citizens who conducted Mining in restricted areas using illegal programs.
During the process, it was confirmed that some Citizens who used specific in-game features for Mining were also subjected to these actions.
For Citizens who used specific in-game features for Mining, this is classified not as the use of illegal programs but as an exploitation of system errors or bugs within the game. Therefore, the penalty period will be adjusted to either 3 days or 30 days depending on the severity of the exploitation.
Recently, there has been an increase in abnormal activities related to the housing system, and extensive reclaiming or sanctions may be implemented.
